Clarence George Rautzhan was born on August 20, 1952, in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and died on January 9, 2016, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

He was an American baseball Pitcher in Major League Baseball.

He played from 1977 to 1979 with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers.

Lance pitched in the World Series with the Dodgers in both 1977 and 1978.

Rautzhan made his debut on July 23, 1977, for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Then, for the Milwaukee Brewers, on June 3, 1979.
