Keith Norman Sutton was born on June 23, 1934, and died on March 24, 2017.

He was the Bishop of Lichfield from 1984 to 2003.

Sutton was the 97th Bishop of Lichfield.

He grew up in Balham, London and attended Battersea Grammar School.

Sutton won a scholarship to Cambridge to read English and switched to Theology.

Sutton graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge in 1959.

Keith was a keen runner and was a Cambridge Blue at Tennis.

Prior to attending Cambridge University he did his National Service with the British Army primarily in Germany.

Keith Sutton passed away at 82 years old.
