  • Karolyn, finest lady ever out of the city of Springfield in Mass. I have been a forever friend since seeing and meeting her in 1961 at Springfield College. As she would light up a room upon entrance, so has she lit up my life as a friend. I know that only her sister, Niece and Mother, Jenny, miss her more. Because of Karolyn, Ms. Golden always referred to me as a son. For that I am proud to be blessed with a second mother, having lost my ma in 2009 at the young age of 101 years.
Loved her then and over the subsequent 50 odd years, I have never gotten over Carol, and never will, but as I live, she will live on in me. Wanted the West coast to know that she impacted the East coast also. Strength to the family, with Live.
