Dead. Joy Beverley, born 1929 in Bethnal Green, London, England and died on August 30, 2015 of a stroke.

Beverley was a British singer of the Beverley Sisters. She was previously married to Billy Wright.

She has two daughters and a son with her husband, Billy Wright a football captain.

Beverley was the sister of Babs Beverley and Teddie Beverley.

She and her sisters were awarded the M.B.E. (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2006 Queen’s New Years’ Honors List for their services to music.

Beverley has 2 daughters named Babette and Vicky who are part of the musical group, “The Foxes.” She has a son, Vincent Wright who works as an editor for the London Times.

She and her sisters were awarded the M.B.E. (Member of the order of the British Empire) at an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace on March 29, 2006 presented by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on March 2006.
