Joseph Nicolosi was born on January 21, 1947, and died on March 9, 2017.

He was an American clinical psychologist.

He was the founder and director of the Thomas Aquinas Psychological Clinic in Encino, California, and a founder and president of the National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH).

He advocated and practiced reparative therapy, a practice that he claimed could help people overcome or mitigate their homosexual desires and replace them with heterosexual ones.

Joseph Nicolosi passed away at 70 years old.
