Jerry Taylor was the owner of Taylor Reality and Taylor Surveying Company in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
He also served on the Pine Bluff City Council, who as Mayor of Pine Bluff.
Jerry Taylor was a democrat who served in the Arkansas House of Representatives (2001-2005).
Jerry then served in the Arkansas State Senate from 2005 to 2013 and was the assistant president pro tempore.
Jerry Taylor passed away at 78 yrs old in Benton, Arkansas.
