Dead. Jakub Zablocki, born July 14, 1984 in Chelmno, Poland and died August 22, 2015, he was Polish footballer.
Zablockiwas was a striker and a master of his game.
In February 2011 Zablocki joined Wisła Płock on one and a half year contract. He was released half year later.
