Jade Lemons died on April 7, 2016.

He was an American rock musician.

He was a member of the band ‘Injected’, who include; Jade Lemons (deceased, guitar), vocals Danny Grady (vocals, guitar), Matt Pruitt (guitar), Steve Slovisky (bass), and Chris Wojtal (drums).

The Band ‘Injected’ was an American, Atlanta hard rock band, that motivated by acts such as Helmet, Refused and Quicksand.

The were known in the years 1995–2005, 2009, and 2013.

After forming in the mid-1990s, the group members spend years gathering a strong following on the Atlanta rock scene, Injected released its major label debut, Burn It Black, on February 26, 2002, on Island Records.

The American Idol winner David Cook, who sang the Injected’s song “Spun Again (Bar-Ba-Sol)” (retitled Bar-Ba-Sol) on his 2008 self-titled platinum selling debut.

The song “Bar-Ba-Sol” was released as a single on March 23, 2009 to US Active and Mainstream Rock stations.

Reported by Walker’s online posting, Jade Lemons died from an apparent drug overdose.

Jade Lemons passed away in 2016.
