Israeli politician, Matityahu Drobles, Died at 87

Matityahu “Matis” Drobles was born on April 20, 1931, and died on October 21, 2018.
He was an Israeli politician.

Drobles served as a member of the Knesset for Gahal and Likud between 1972 and 1977.

Drobles was interned in the Warsaw Ghetto and later lived in the forested areas amid World War II.
In 1946 he moved to Buenos Aires in Argentina, where he went to secondary school.

While in Argentina he joined the Betar youth development, turning into an individual from its national authority, and chief of preparing.

He was additionally an individual from the Council for Zionist Youth Movements in Argentina, before making aliyah to Israel in 1950.

Matityahu Drobles was among the authors of moshav Mevo Beitar, and was an individual from the Mishkei Herut Beitar settlement development, filling in as its delegate to worker settlements around Jerusalem and the West Bank.

Somewhere in the range of 1962 and 1973 he was appointee administrator of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council.

In 1967 Matityahu moved toward becoming executive of Mishkei Herut Beitar’s settlement division, and was in charge of building up Israeli settlements around Rafah and the Jordan Valley somewhere in the range of 1974 and 1977.

He was on the Gahal list for the 1969 Knesset races. In spite of the fact that he neglected to win a seat, he entered the Knesset on 26 February 1972 as a swap for the perished Yosef Sapir.

He was re-chosen in 1973, however lost his seat in the 1977 decisions.

Matityahu Drobles pass away at 81 years old.
