Madan Lal Khurana was born on October 15, 1936, in Lyallpur, Punjab Province (British India) and died on October 27, 2018.

He was an Indian politician also was Chief Minister of Delhi from 1993 to 1996.

During 2004, Khurana additionally filled in as Governor of Rajasthan.

Khurana was an individual from Rashtriya Swayansevak Sangh and Bharatiya Janata Party.

Khurana was scarcely 12 when the family was compelled to move to Delhi by Partition and started to sort its life out again at a displaced person state Kirti Nagar in New Delhi.
