Henry Ridgely Horsey was born on October 24, 1924, in Lewes, Delaware and died on March 3, 2016.

He was an American jurist.

Henry graduated from Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut.

He had served in the United States Army during World War II from 1943 to 1946.

Henry went to Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

In 1953, Henry R. Horsey was admitted to the Delaware bar and practiced law in Wilmington, Delaware.

Horsey also worked for Wilmington Trust Company as the trust officer and vice president.

He then moved to Dover, Delaware and continued to practice law; he worked in the Delaware Attorney General’s office.

He served on the Delaware Supreme Court from 1978 to 1994.

Henry R. Horsey passed away at 91 yrs old in Dover, Delaware.
