Gregg Feinstein died in February 2016.

He was an American banker.

He was the head of mergers and acquisitions in the United States for the investment bank Houlihan Lokey and an adviser to shareholder activists

He gained his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He joined Houlihan Lokey in March 2005 from another independent investment bank, Jefferies & Company, where he also led the mergers and acquisitions group.

Gregg was also the chief operating officer for 12 years at Berenson Minella & Company, a boutique bank for mergers and acquisitions, of which he was a co-founder.

Gregg Feinstein also worked at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb in their respective mergers groups.

He left behind his wife, Fariah Feinstein, who is a managing director at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

They had three children.

Gregg Feinstein passed away at 54 yrs old.
