Gilbert Biessy, French politician, Mayor of Échirolles, Died at 81

Biessy Gilbert was born on July 20, 1934, and died October 13, 2015.

He was a politician French.

Gilbert served with the group communist to the National Assembly from 1993 to 2007.

Gilbert was elected deputy for 1st time in 1993, and his predecessor was Jean-Pierre Luppi was eliminated in the 1st round; in the 2nd district Isère with 56.39% against 43.61% for the candidate FDU – UDF.

In 1997, for the second term and arrives at 1, which was 27.86%, the Socialist candidate is second with 20.88%.

On the second round, prevail Biessy receives 100% of the votes, the candidate for PS had withdrawn before the deadline.

Biessy Gilbert passed away at 81 yrs old on October 13, 2015.
