Dr. Fritz Wittmann was born on March 21, 1933, in Plan be Marienbad, in Czechoslovakia’s Egerland and died on October 17, 2018.

At that time, Wittmann represented Munich North and president of the Federation of Expellees (Bund der Vertriebenen) from 1994-1998.
