Fulvio Roiter was born on November 1, 1926, and died on April 18, 2016.

He was an Italian photographer.

He graduated as a chemist, but as of 1947, he has devoted himself to photography, being professionally active since 1953.

After a few reportages for some magazines, in 1954, he published his first photographic book, Venise a fleur d’eau.

During the year 1956, Roiter won the second edition of the Prix Nadar with the book Ombrie, Terre de Saint-François.

Over the period of his career, Roiter released about one hundred photographic books.

Fulvio Roiter passed away at 89 yrs old.
