Earl Lestz, American studio executive, Died at 78

Earl Lestz died in 2017.

He was the Master Planning Director of Plymouth Rock Studios, a new film and television studio being developed in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

He was formerly President of the Studio Group at Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles from 1985 to 20

He serves as vice chair on the Executive Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

Also to that, he has served as Chairman of the Board of the Hollywood Entertainment Museum, as Vice Chairman of the Hollywood Historic Trust, on the Board of Directors of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, and on the Board of Governors of Goodwill Industries of Southern California.

He is a member of both the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

During 2004, he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Earl Lestz passed away at 78 years old.
