Drago Grubelnik, Slovenian alpine skier, Died at 39

Drago Grubelnik January 15, 1976, and died on November 17, 2015.

He was a Slovene alpine skier and coach.

Born in Radlje ob Dravi, Drago won one podium in Alpine Skiing World Cup, a third place in slalom in Wengen, Switzerland (January 2000).

Drago competed at the 1998, 2002, and 2006 Winter Olympics.

He retired from competitive sport in 2007.

Since 2013, Drago had been the head coach of the Bulgarian ski team.

Drago passed away at age 39 in a car accident in Solden, Austria.
