Douglas Coe, American evangelical leader, Died at 88

Douglas Evans Coe was born on October 20, 1928, and died on February 21, 2017.

He was associate director of the Christian organization.

Also known as a family of friends in Christ, the Fellowship, the prayer breakfast groups.

Coe has also been referred to as the “stealth Billy Graham.”

During 2005, he was named one of the 25 most influential Evangelicals in the United States by Time magazine.

He was an ordained Presbyterian elder and serves as a lay minister.

Douglas Coe passed away at 88 years old.
