Donnie Duncan was born on August 28, 1940, and died on March 12, 2016.

He was an American football coach and college athletics administrator.

Donnie Duncan was the 26th head football coach for the Iowa State University Cyclones located in Ames, Iowa and he held that position for four seasons, from 1979 until 1982.
