He was an American stand-up comedian and actor.

He was best known as an insult comic.

Don also acted in both comedic and dramatic roles on film.

Rickles received widespread exposure as a frequent guest on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Late Show with David Letterman.

Rickles won a Primetime Emmy Award for his documentary, Mr. Warmth: The Don Rickles Project.

Barbara Sklar was his wife, with who he had 2 children with.

He died due to kidney failure, in his home in Los Angeles.
