Don Ciccone was born on February 28, 1946, in Jersey City, New Jersey and died on October 8, 2016.

He was an American singer, songwriter and musician.

Ciccone was a founding member of the pop group The Critters.

Futher in his career he was a member of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, and Tommy James and the Shondells.

While working with the Critters, he wrote “Mr. Dieingly Sad”, produced by Artie Ripp, which reached #17 for the group.

When he decided to quitted the Critters, he joined the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam War.

He died in Ketchum, Idaho.

Don Ciccone passed away at 70 years old.
