Danny Nykoluk was born on June 16, 1933, and died on July 29, 2016.

He was a professional football player.

He played with the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts.

Mainly, he played the offensive tackle position with the Argos.

He played in 204 games with the Argonauts in a career that lasted 16 seasons.

Danny #60 jersey is one of only four that has been retired by the club.

During 1996, Danny Nykoluk was inducted as an All-Time Argonaut with a banner named in his honour raised at Rogers Centre.

He was the older brother of former Toronto Maple Leafs ice hockey player and NHL coach, Mike Nykoluk.

He died in Oshawa.
