Dan Gerson, American screenwriter, Died at 49


Daniel “Dan” Gerson was born in 1966 and died on February 6, 2016.

He was a screenwriter who lived in California.

Dan Gerson shares credit for the screenplay of Monsters, Inc. with Andrew Stanton, and shares credit for the screenplay of Monsters University with Robert L. Baird and Dan Scanlon.

He left behind his wife of 20 years, Beau Stacom; his children Claire and Asher; his parents Mary-Joan and Charles; and his sister Jessica and her children Daisy and Henry.

Dan Gerson passed away at 49 yrs old due to brain cancer.
