Claude Michaud was born on May 15, 1938, and died on February 21, 2016, in Montreal.

He was a Canadian actor.

He was openly known to have personified the voice of Arthur Laroche in the series The Flintstones.

In theater, he was the lead actor in many comedies including Les Gars Jean Barbeau and The Sunshine Boys, alongside Michel Dumont.

He was also a part of the stage adjustment of Twelve Angry Men (Compagnie Jean-Duceppe, 1987).

In recognition of his major contribution to the Quebec summer theater, in 2007: Hommage Soirée des Masques.

Claude Michaud was the founder of the Théâtre La Relève to Michaud in Saint-Mathieu de Beloeil in 1978.

However, The theater was renamed the Theater of Swallows.

He also served as artistic director of the Théâtre Saint-Sauveur.

Claude Michaud passed away at 77 yrs old.
