Charles Clayton Pitcock, Jr. was born on February 20, 1958, and died on January 11, 2016.

He was an NFL and USFL Center and guard.

He played for both the Tampa Bay Bandits and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1980s.

Chuck was known as “the wild man” when he played for the Bandits because of his extremely passionate play.

Pitcock was interviewed by award-winning director Mike Tollin for the film Small Potatoes: Who Killed The USFL?, as a part of ESPN’s 30 for 30 film series.

Chuck received his education at the Gulf High School in 1976, where he was coached by Kevin White, who is now the athletic director at Duke University.

Chuck Pitcock passed away at 57yrs old.
