Saim Bülend Ulusu was born on May 7, 1923, and died on December 23, 2015.
He was a Turkish politician and Prime Minister.
He graduated from the Turkish Naval Academy on October 15, 1941, with the rank of a Sub-Lieutenant.
Saim was a Turkish admiral, who was Prime Minister of Turkey from the time of the 1980 military coup to the time that the elections were allowed in 1983.
Bulend held the highest rank there is to hold as admiral in 1974.
He was appointed commander in 1977.
Saim retired from the military in 1980 as the Commander of the Navy,
Saim was named the Prime Minister of Turkey by military authorities, after 1980 coup d’état.
Saim Bülend Ulusu cabinet remained in office until the 1983 elections.
Saim Bülend Ulusu passed away at 92 yrs old.
