Bob Krause, American educator, Died at 70

Bob Krause was born on September 12, 1945, and died on December 16, 2015.

He was the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Kansas State University from 1986 to 2009 as well as acting Athletic Director from 2008 to 2009.

Bob announced his resignation on March 31, 2009.

Bob Krause received a bachelor’s degree in art education and art from Western Illinois University in 1967, and his master’s in college student personnel work from Michigan State University in 1968.

He was married to Martha Ann Vanier, a member of the Vanier family based in Salina, Kansas, one of the state’s wealthiest families.

Bob has three daughters from a previous marriage.

Bob Krause passed away on December 16, 2015 from cancer.
