Beth Curry, American investor, Died at 74

Beth Curry died on November 16, 2015.

He was an American investor.

Beth had a deep curiosity about science and took interest in learning about the work of our investigators.

Curry joined The Rockefeller University Council in 2008.

Beth was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2013, serving on a number of Board committees,

Beth’s dedication to advancing scientific research greatly strengthened the University.

Together with her husband, Rockefeller University Council member Ravenel Boykin Curry III.

She has provided generous support that touched many facets of life at the University.

Beth was a co-founder with Ravenel of Eagle Capital Management.

She was an astute investor and a talented fund manager who contributed enormously to the firm’s success.

Beth and her family shared the fruits of this success through a commitment to philanthropy.

She left behind her husband Ravenel; her three children, Boykin, Caroline, and Marshall, and their spouses and her adored grandchildren.

Beth Curry passed away at 74 yrs old.
