Josef “Beppo” Mauhart was born on September 14, 1933, and died on May 7, 2017.

He was an Austrian manager.

He received his Matura at the Wilhering College in Wilhering.

Following his studies, he was editor of the newspaper of the Freier Wirtschaftsverband as of 1963.

During 1970, Mauhart worked as the secretary for Hannes Androsch at the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Mauhart was appointed to the supervisory board of Austria Tabak in 1972 and became deputy chairman there in 1976.

During 1977, Austria Tabak became a sponsor of the FK Austria Wien football club.

Beppo Mauhart passed away at 83 years old.
