Ayub Bachchu was born on August 16, 1962, in Chittagong and died on October 18, 2018.

He was a Bangladeshi musician.

Ayub Bachchu was best known as the founding member of rock band LRB.

Bachchu was initially a member of the band Feelings and later he joined the band Souls as lead guitarist.

Bachchu was a student of Government Muslim High School in Chittagong. Bachchu began his music career there with the band Feelings in 1978.

Bachchu was a member of Souls as the lead guitarist, from 1980 to 1990.

Bachchu formed his own band, LRB, during 1991.

The first album released by LRB was a double album, which contained hard rock songs like “Ghum Vanga Shohore”, “Madhobi”, “Hoker”, “Sesh Cithi keno amon Cithi hoy”, “Happy”, and “Dhakar Sondha”.

He was admitted to the CCU of a hospital in Dhaka on November 27, 2012 for the accretion of water in his lungs.

Bachchu recovered after receiving treatment.

Bachchu died of cardiac failure in Square Hospital, Dhaka.

He passed away at 56 years old.
