Anne Strieber, Author and Editor, Dies at 68

Dead, Anne Mattocks Strieber, born August 25, 1946 and died August 11, 2015 of cancer, she was an American author, well known for her thrillers An Invisible Woman 2004 and Little Town Lies 2005.

Before becoming a writer she was a schoolteacher.

She married fellow novelist, Whitley Strieber; they have one son, Andrew Strieber.

She was the managing editor of her husband’s website, UnknownCountry.com, and was also a host of the Dreamland radio show podcast hosted there.

She has been portrayed by Lindsay Crouse in the film adaptation of her husband’s non fiction work Communion.

Anne Strieber died on August 11, 2015, at the age of 68.
