Andrei Troschinsky was born on February 14, 1978, in Oskemen and died on December 21, 2015, in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan.

He was a Kazakhstani professional ice hockey player who played for Kazakhstan National Hockey Team at the 1999 Asian Winter Games.

Andrei had recently played for the Arlan Kokshetau in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship.

He was a graduate of Ust-Kamenogorsk ice hockey school.

Troschinsky had drafted 170th overall in the round six of 1998 NHL Entry Draft by St.
