American professional golfer, Shelley Hamlin, Died at 69

Shelley Lee Hamlin was born on May 28, 1949, and died on October 15, 2018.

She was an American professional golfer.

Shelley Hamlin played on the LPGA Tour.

As a novice golfer, she won the California Women’s Amateur four times.

Hamlin played at Stanford University and won the 1971 national individual intercollegiate golf title.

Hamlin played on the 1968 and 1970 Curtis Cup groups and the 1966 and 1968 Espirito Santo Trophy groups.

Amid 1969, she lost in the finals of the U.S. Ladies’ Amateur to Catherine Lacoste.

Hamlin turned proficient in 1972 and joined the LPGA Tour.

Shelley Hamlin won three times on the LPGA Tour somewhere in the range of 1978 and 1993.

Hamlin was accepted into the Stanford Athletic Hall of Fame in 1971.

Shelley Hamlin passed away at 69 years old, due to from breast cancer.
