Mark Fosson died on November 3, 2018.

He was an American singer-songwriter and American Primitive guitarist.

He was raised in Kentucky, where Fosson started composing melodies while he was still in his initial adolescents.

During the late 1970s, Fosson sent some melody demos to John Fahey’s West Coast-based Takoma Records, and Fahey, inspired with what he heard, offered Fosson an account bargain.

He lost no time in migrating to Los Angeles and started recording, however as misfortune would have it, Takoma was in some trouble, and the name before long collapsed.

Fahey enabled Fosson to hold the ace tapes of the sessions, however.
