He was an American politician, union electrician, and business owner from the state of Missouri.
He was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from Florissant, Missouri.
English was elected to his first two-year term in November 2012.
During 2015 in a legislative session, he introduced a bill that would, if enacted, legalize medical marijuana in the state.
Allegedly he died of an apparent suicide on February 28, 2018, in a parking lot. in Jefferson City, Missouri, and the police recovered a firearm at the scene.
He was 50 years old when he passed away.
