American politician and community activist, Phillip Jackson, Died at 68

Phillip Jackson was born on September 22, 1950, and died on November 4, 2018.

He was an American politician.

Phillip Jackson has been engaged with endeavors to enhance the Chicago zone’s human administrations since 1994.

He worked in human administrations at the Chicago Office of Management and Budget (1994) preceding joining Chicago Public Schools as an executive of intergovernmental issues in 1995 (where he has additionally filled in as head of training) and the Chicago Housing Authority as CEO in 1999.

Jackson has been dynamic with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, remaining as CEO, and is the originator and current official chief of The Black Star Project, a generous association proposed to energize and help youth in scholarly advancement through the network and parental contribution.

He is the beneficiary of a Chicago Cares “Intensity of One” Leadership Award and the 2003 Illinois Fatherhood Initiative’s Father of the Year.

He is an alum of Roosevelt University and National Louis University, getting a BA in theory and a declaration in training, individually.

Phillip Jackson passed awy at a hospital in Chicago from cancer at 68 years old.
