Alex Stewart, Jamaican boxer, Died at 52


Alex Stewart was born on June 28, 1964, and died on November 16, 2016.

He was a professional boxer.

His nickname was the “destroyer”.

Stewart represented Jamaica at the 1984 Olympics.

Where he won a bronze medal in the heavyweight division at the 1983 Pan American Games.

He was most probably best known for being blown out by Mike Tyson in the first round in 1990, and lost to other notable heavyweights of his era, including Michael Moorer, George Foreman, and Oleg Maskaev.

Alex Stewart has a daughter, Tenille Stewart she was born in 1985.
