Adriana Benetti was born on December 12, 1919, and died on February 24, 2016.

She was an Italian actress.

Adriana Benetti appeared in director Alessandro Blasetti’s celebrated Quattro passi fra le nuvole, where she supported Gino Cervi inLuigi Zampa’s C’è sempre un ma!, Avanti c’è posto, alongside with Andrea Checchi and Aldo Fabrizi, in 1942.

The actress played in Mario Soldati’s Quartieri alti with Massimo Serato, Vittorio Sanipoli in Marc Allégret’s Les Petites du quai aux fleurs with Bernard Blier and Gérard Philipe, in 1943.

Benetti appeared in two musicals in 1945, Torna a Sorrento with Gino Bechi and O sole mio with opera singer Tito Gobbi.

Adriana featured with Fosco Giachetti in Il sole di Montecassino and with Eduardo and Titina De Filippo in Uno tra la folla, in 1946.

She also featured in Goffredo Alessandrini’s Furia in 1947, alongside Rossano Brazzi, in Giorgio Ferroni’s Tombolo, paradiso nero with Lucio De Caro and in Manù il contrabbandiere with André Cayatte.

During that same year, Adriana Benetti scandalized Italy by posing in a bikini for the weekly newspaper Tempo illustrato, in 1950, Adriana Benetti acted with Totò in 47 morto che parla.

Adriana Benetti passed away at 96 yrs old.
