Abis Hasan Rizvi was born in 1967and died on January 1, 2017.

He was an Indian businessman and film producer.

His parents were Dr. Akhtar Hassan Rizvi, a former member of the Rajya Sabha in Bandra, West Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Abis Hasan Rizvi was married and had with his wife a son, the family lived in Mumbai.

He was director of the Rizvi Group and CEO of his father’s Real estate company Rizvi Builders.

Abis Hasan Rizvi’s uncle is Sibte Hassan Rizvi of Khamoshi (1986) and Joshilay (1989) fame.

Rizvi was also related to Anjum Rizvi, known for films such as Ahista Ahista (2006) and A Wednesday (2008).

He was producer and co-writer of the Indian feature films Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans (2014) and Bilingual Hindi-Punjabi Docu-Drama He-Man (2016); and worked last on Drama film T for Taj Mahal.

Abis Hasan Rizvi was the founder of Film Company ARF Films (Abis Rizvi Films), who was company behind T for Taj Mahal and He-Man.

He was on holiday in Istanbul, Turkey with friends, Rizvi was one of the victims of the terrorist attack in the nightclub Reina, Istanbul.

Abis Hasan Rizvi passed away at 49 years old.
